FOREIGNIZATION IN TRANSLATING POLITICAL DISCOURSE FROM ENGLISH INTO ARABIC IN DONALD TRUMP DISCOURSE TEXT CLEVELAND 21-07-2016.

Abstract

The current study is a descriptive analysis of Foreignization strategy in translation consists of two main chapters the first one theoretical shed lights on several elements interfering in political discourse process namely: ideology, strategies ,culture dominance, and translator background in other words whilst translating did the political discourse kept the same as the source one this is up to the mediator we mean the translator linking the both original political text and receptor with all combinations implicit and explicit also problems related to the above topic followed by analysis of chosen excerpts picked up from political discourse translated into Arabic at the end conclusion of the study intended to highlights perspectives of the strategy that Foreignization in translating political discourse is not only a process that uses translation procedure and applies transfer strategies ,but also a matter of understanding culture, identity, history and their significance .Cette recherche est l'étude de la technique analytique et descriptive de l’occidentalisation dans la traduction, qui est divisé en deux sections principales, les premiers faits saillants théoriques l'ensemble des éléments qui ont un rôle dans l'occidentalisation du discours politique, comme idéologie, les stratégies, la domination culturelle et l'arrière-plan du traducteur (civilisation) autrement dit lors de la traduction D’ou reste le discours politique à l'origine cela se rapporte traduction de l'intermédiaire dans le processus de liaison entre l'écrivain d'origine et le destinataire de tout ce qui entoure les problèmes implicites et évidents, suivie d'une analyse des passages de traduire des textes politiques anglais en arabe et dans ce dernier spectacle, il est non seulement stratégique du mécanisme du processus Dans un Traduire volontairement les principes de la transition d'une langue à une autre, mais aussi la question de la compréhension culturelle, impliquant l'identité de l'autre et son histoire et ses valeurs.هذا البحث هو دراسة تحليلية وصفية لتقنية التغريب في الترجمة و الذي ينقسم إلى قسمين رئيسيين الأول نظري يسلط الضوء على مجموعة من العناصر التي لها دور في تغريب الخطاب السياسي مثل:الإيديولوجية ،الإستراتجيات،الهيمنة الثقافية و خلفية المترجم (الحضارية) بعبارة أخرى عند الترجمة هل يبقى الخطاب السياسي كما هو في الأصل هذا يتعلق بالمترجم كوسيط في عملية الربط بين كاتب النص الأصلي و المتلقي بكل ما يحيط من مشاكل مضمرة و جلية , يتبعه تحليل للمقاطع من نصوص سياسية مترجمة من الإنجليزية إلى العربية وفي الأخير تبيان ماهية الإستراتجية أنها ليست فقط عملية آلية في الترجمة تعمد لتطبيق مبادئ الانتقال من لغة لأخرى لكن كذلك قضية تفاهم ثقافي، تدخل فيه هوية الآخر وتاريخه وقيمه.
