Abstract: | Because of the importance of the share of physical and athletic education in the educational system and what it offers to students from the activity of motor, cognitive and psychological, we conducted this study to determine the contribution of physical education in reducing and reduce the general concern that accompanies the student as a result of pressure in the social environment and a great concern for success Academic excellence or education. We have come to know the extent to which the practice of sports activity reflected on reducing anxiety in general and we formulated some recommendations as follows: - Educating teachers about the importance of organizing the various activities within the educational institutions and not only the share of physical education and sports only by organizing internal and external activities. - Educate the environment, parents and educators to the importance of physical and athletic education and its impact on the student - The need for a psychologist within the institution - Conducting studies to identify students' behavioral problems, methods of coping and their effectiveness in all educational stages. - Work to establish the relationship between students and faculty members of the professors and director and administrative staff and make them based on respect and affection. |
