Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور البنوك في حل إشكالية تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من خلال جزئيها النظري والتطبيقي. ذلك من خلال التطرق إلى مختلف المفاهيم الأساسية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، إبراز مختلف المصادر التمويلية المتاحة أمامها، ذكر أهم المشاكل التي تقف عائقا في نمو وتطور هذه المؤسسات و كذا توضيح علاقتها بالبنوك هذا في الجزء النظري، أما في الجزء التطبيقي فقد قمنا بعرض لمختلف الآليات والإجراءات التي يتبعها بنك القرض الشعبي الجزائري –وكالة تقرت- في تمويل قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة إلى أن يصل إلى قرار التمويل وذلك باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات وإتباع المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي. حيث تم في الأخير التوصل إلى النتائج والأهداف المرجوة من هذه

This study is aiming to display the role of banks in solving the problem of financing small and middle establishment through its two parts: theoretical and practical. Considering the different fundamental terms of the small and middle establishment, display different financing sources available, mentioning the most important problems that make a harrier in front of those establishments development, and a brief explanation of the relationship with the banks, this is in the theoretical part. While in the practical part, we displayed different ways and measures that are followed by the Algerian republic Nipping Bank- Agency of touggourt- in financing the small and middle establishments, using several materials, following both methods: descriptive and analytical. Finally, we came at the designed objectives and results of this research. .
