Contrôle de la qualité de biodiesel synthétisé à partir d’huile d’arachide

Abstract

هذا العمل النهائي يتلخص في دراسة مراقبة و جودة الوقود الحيوي. أولا قمنا باستخراج زيت الفول السوداني باستخدام الهكسان العادي كمذيب، كما تم تحديد خصائص الزيوت (درجة الحموضة، وقيمة حامض، ...). في الخطوة الثانية، تمت عملية الاسترة و هذا التفاعل الاخير يسمح لنا بالحصول على الاستر ومن جهة اخرى نستطيع القول بأن الوقود الحيوي تم تحديد خواصه. و في الاخير هذا العمل يسمح لنا بالمقارنة بين الوقود الحيوي المحضر و بين المواصفات العالمية. كلمات البحث: وقود الديزل الحيوي، زيت الفول السوداني، الاستخلاص الأسترة.

This final work is to study the quality control of biodiesel. These are synthesized from Peanut oil. First, we made a peanut oil extraction by means of a Soxhlet using n-hexane as a solvent, the characteristics of the oils (pH, acid value, ...) were also determined. In the second step, a reaction tranestrification was made, this reaction allows us to obtain ester oils, biodiesels, the characteristics of these were also determined

Ce travail de fin d'études consiste à faire un contrôle de qualité des biodiesels. Ces derniers sont synthétisés à partir d'huile d'Arachide. En premier lieu, on a réalisée une extraction d'huile d'arachide par le moyen d'un soxhlet en utilisant le n-hexane comme solvant, les caractéristiques des huiles (pH, indice d'acide,…) ont été déterminées aussi. Dans la seconde étape, une réaction de tranestrification a été faite, cette réaction nous a permet d'obtenir des esters d’huiles, autrement dit, des biodiesels, les caractéristiques de ces derniers ont été aussi déterminées. En fin de ce travail, nous avons faire une comparaison entre nos biodiesels avec les normes.
