التطابق بين الإدارية والشهادات المتحصل عليها دراسة ميدانية على العمال الإداريين بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية الوظائف بجامعة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على مدى التطابق بين الوظائف الإدارية والشهادات المتحصل عليها لدى العمال الإداريين لكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ومعرفة الاختلاف تبعا للتخصص ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الطالبة بالاعتماد على المقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث شملت الدراسة 38 عاملا خلال السنة الجامعية 2017/2018 وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في التكرارات والنسب المئوية فكانت النتائج على النحو التالي: نسبة التطابق بين الوظائف الإدارية والشهادات المتحصل عليها لدى عمال كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بصفة مرتفعة -يوجد اختلاف في التطابق بين الوظائف الإدارية والشهادات المتحصل عليها باختلاف الشهادة وقد تم تفسير النتائج على ضوء ما جاء في الجانب النظري

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the conformity between administrative functions and the diplomas of the administrative staff in Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences KASDI MERBAH OUARGLA and discovers the difference depending on the specialty. In order to attain the objectives of the study, the Student was relying on interview as a method to gather the information’s, the study was included 38 workers during the academic year 2017/2018. The data were analyzed using statistical methods as a repetition and percentages, the results were as follows: - A high conformity between administrative functions and the diplomas of the administrative staff in Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. - There is some inconformity between administrative functions and the diplomas due to the diploma. - The results were interpreted as mentioned in the theoretical part.
