dc.description.abstractAlgeria, like other countries, has witnessed a large spread of corruption, through several efforts, notably the United Nations Convention against Corruption, which was ratified by Algeria with reservations in 2004, following which the first Algerian legislator of the importance of confronting crimes Corruption is regulated by a special law after it was regulated in the Penal Code. This law is a preventive policy and a substantive and procedural criminal policy in the fight against corruption which we will establish in this article.en_US
