Abstract: The study examines the differences in ideological affiliations in the Middle East after 2003 and the impact of the sectarian dimension as a racial affiliation that aims at: abolishing the other and ending diversity in society. The use of belonging to attacks on: rights and freedoms, individual and public, in order to harm the public order and peaceful coexistence, in both Iraq and Syria, because the racist organizations, forced to impose: their beliefs, and carried out acts of violence, and collective or individual liquidation, , And worked to end diversity.
