المساندة الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالسلوك الصحي لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي معرفة العلاقة بين المساندة الاجتماعية والسلوك الصحي من خلال قيامنا بدراسة ميدانية علي عينة من النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي بمستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصديه وانطلقت من تساؤل رئيسي كان : هل توجد علاقة بين المساندة الاجتماعية والسلوك الصحي لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي ؟. وتفرعت عينة من مجموعة من الأسئلة كانت : هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النساء في السلوك الصحي تعزي لمتغير السن؟ . هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النساء في السلوك الصحي تعزى لمتغير مدة المرض ؟. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النساء في السلوك الصحي تعزى للحالة الاجتماعية؟ . هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النساء في المساندة الاجتماعية تعزى لمتغير السن ؟. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النساء في المساندة الاجتماعية تعزى لمتغير مدة المرض؟. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النساء في المساندة الاجتماعية لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية؟ . وقد اعتمدت الدراسة علي عينة من النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي تم اختيارهن بطريقة قصديه من مركز مكافحة السرطان بمستشفي محمد بوضياف بور قلة وذلك لمدة شهر حيث قدرت عينة الدراسة من امرأة50مصابة بسرطان الثدي تتراوح أعمارهن مابين63-27) ) سنة بمتوسط عمري قدره (49) ولجمع البيانات تم الاعتماد علي أداتين: 1-مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية لزيماتZimet 1997 الذي عربه وقننه علي البيئة الجزائرية الباحث رمضان زعطوط 2005)). 2-مقياس السلوك الصحي الصحي لبن غذ فة شريفة (2011-2010 ) الذي طبقته في دراسة النيل شهادة الماجستير "السلوك الصحي وعلاقته بنوعية الحياة دراسة مقارنة بين سكان الريف والمدينة بولاية سطيف " وبعد الاعتماد علي الأساليب الإحصائية التي تتناسب طبيعة فرضيات الدراسة التالية: توجد علاقة بين المساندة الاجتماعية والسلوك الصحي لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي . توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النساء في السلوك الصحي المصابات بسرطان الثدي تعزى للسن . توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النساء في السلوك الصحي المصابات بسلطان الثدي تعزى لمدة المرض . توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النساء في السلوك الصحي المصابات بسلطان الثدي تعزى للحالة الاجتماعية . توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النساء في المساندة الاجتماعية المصابات بسرطان الثدي تعزى للسن . توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النساء في المساندة الاجتماعية المصابات بسلطان الثدي تعزى لمدة المرض. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين النساء في المساندة الاجتماعية المصابات بسلطان الثدي تعزى للحالة الاجتماعية تم التوصل إلي النتائج التالية: 1-عدم وجود علاقة بين المساندة الاجتماعية والسلوك الصحي لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي. 2-عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المساندة الاجتماعية باختلاف السن. 3 – عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المساندة الاجتماعية باختلاف مدة المرض. 4-عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المساندة الاجتماعية باختلاف الحالة الاجتماعية. 5--عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في السلوك الصحي باختلاف السن. 6– عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في السلوك الصحي باختلاف مدة المرض. 7-عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في السلوك الصحي باختلاف الحالة الاجتماعية. وختمنا بحثنا هذا بخاتمة وقائمة المراجع والملاحق.

The studywasbased on a sample of womenwithbreast cancer whowereselectedfrom the Center for Cancer Control at Mohamed Boudiaf Bour Hospital for a period of one month. The samplewasestimatedfrom 50 womenwithbreast cancer between the ages of 63 and 27 yearswith an averageage of 49 years. Data collection wasbased on twotools: 1 - the scale of social support for Zimet 1997, which the author and the Koran on the Algerian environment by Ramadan Zaatout 2005)). (2010-2010) applied in the study of the Nile Master'sdegree "HealthBehavior and itsrelationship to the quality of life Comparative studybetween the rural population and the city of Setif" And afterrelying on statisticalmethodsthat fit the nature of the hypotheses of the followingstudy: There is a linkbetween social support and healthbehavior in womenwithbreast cancer. There werestatisticallysignificantdifferencesamongwomen in the healthbehavior of breast cancer due to age. There werestatisticallysignificantdifferencesamongwomen in healthybehaviorwithbreast cancer attributable to the duration of the disease. There are statisticallysignificantdifferencesamongwomen in healthybehaviorwithbreast cancer due to social status.
