المعالجة التلفزيونية لقضية انفصال كتالونيا _ دراسة تحليلية مقارنة بين برنامج "قابل للنقاش" على قناة Medi 1 tv وبرنامج "خاص" على قناة Dubai tv_

Abstract

لقد حاولنا ان نتناول عبر هذه الدراسة المعالجة التلفزيونية لقضية انفصال كتالونيا من خلال برنامج "قابل للنقاش" يبث على قناة Medi 1 tv وبرنامج "خاص" يبث على Dubai tv ،تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية ،وتهدف الى الكشف عن مجريات القضية ومعرفة اهم اسباب الانفصال ،ولذلك طرحنا الاشكالية التالية: كيف عالجت قناتي دبي tv وميدي 1 tv قضية انفصال كتالونيا في أكتوبر 2017 من خلال برنامجي "قابل للنقاش" وبرنامج "خاص"؟ و للاجابة على التساؤل استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ،كما اعتمدنا على استمارة التحليل التي تم فيها طرح تساؤلات الدراسة. وقد تم التوصل الى ان: بالرغم من تصويت الاغلبية القصوى ب "نعم" إلا ان الانفصال بالنسبة لكتالونيا هو حلم بعيد المنال بل وصعب التحقيق خاصة وبعد تفعيل المادة 155 والتي تنص على وحدة اسبانيا ،وان الاقاليم ليس لها حق في تحديد مصيرها السياسي. الكلمات المفتاحية:اقليم كتالونيا /انفصال /اسبانيا /استفتاء.

We tried in this study to take up the television treatment of the issue of secession of Catalonia in two programs “Quabel li nikach” and “Khass”, This study is part of the analytical descriptive studies, it aims at uncover the course of the case and finding out the main reasons for the separation, so we asked The main question following:  How did Dubai TV and Midi 1 TV treat with the Catalonia separation case in October 2017 through the two programs “Quabel li nikach” and “Khass”? We relied on the analytical descriptive approach and the comparative method, using analysis with his form as data collection tools, We found the following results: Although the majority vote is "yes", the secession for Catalonia is a distant dream and even difficult to achieve, especially after the activation of Article 155, which stipulates the unity of Spain, and that the regions have no right to determine their political destiny.
