التراشق اللفظي عبر موقع التواصل الاجتماعي"اليوتيوب" دراسة وصفية تحليلية لعينة من فيديوهات اليوتوب

Abstract

هدفتهذهالدراسةإلىظرورةتسليط الضوء على ما يجري من تراشق لفظي عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي (اليوتيوب) والتعرف على الجوانب المختلفة لهذا الموضوع لمعرفة الصورة الحقيقية التي تحويها ظاهرة التراشق داخل المجتمع العربي عموما واليوتيوب خصوصا، بحيثتمحورتهذهالدراسةحولالتساؤلالرئيسيالتالي: -ماهي مظاهر التراشق اللفظي عبر موقع اليوتيوب؟ وتضمنتالتساؤلاتالفرعيةالتالية:أ- من ناحية الشكل: - ماهي اللغة المستعملة للتراشق من خلال موقع اليوتيوب؟ - ماهي ابرز الزوايا المستخدمة اثناء تصوير محل الظاهرة؟ ب- من ناحية المضمون:- ماهي أهم القضايا المتناولة في التراشق التي تتم عبر اليوتيوب؟ - ماهي طبيعة العبارات التراشقية التي تتم عبر اليوتيوب؟ - ماهي نسبة مشاركة المستخدمين لموقع اليوتيوب؟ - ماهي عوامل واسباب انتشار التراشق اللفظي في موقع اليوتيوب؟ وتنقسمهذهالدراسةإلىإطار منهجي حيث تناولمنهجيةالدراسة،وإطارتطبيقيارتأيتفيه تقديم العينة التي اخترتها ضمن الدراسة التحليليةعلى شكل اربع قضايا تم من خلالها استخدام اليوتيوب. واعتمدت في دراستي على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والعينة القصدية في اختياري ثمانية (08) فيديوهات متاحة من موقع اليوتيوب، كما اعتمدت على أداة تحليل المضمونكأداةرئيسية حيث تم تصميم استمارة للتعرف والكشف عن التراشق اللفظي المستخدم من طرف عينة الدراسة، وقد توصلت إلى النتائج التالية: أن معظم المظاهر التراشقية تكون نتيجة التعرض للاختلاف بين فردين أو أكثر لتسوية رأي ما، أو إظهار حقيقة معينة، أو لتصفية الحسابات، أو استخدام التراشق على شكل ردود، أقوال وأفعال سابقة، ويعتبر اختلاف التفاعل حسب اختلاف الطريقة المختارة للتفاعل.

This study aimed to highlight the ongoing verbal exchange through the social networking sites (YouTube) and to identify the different aspects of this subject to find out the real picture contained in the phenomenon of conflict within the Arab society in general and YouTube in particular. This study focused on the following main question: - What are the manifestations of verbal exchange through the site of YouTube? It included the following sub-questions: A - In terms of form: - What is the language used for the conflict through the site of YouTube? - What are the most prominent angles used during the depiction of the phenomenon? B - In terms of content: - What are the most important issues dealt with in the match that takes place through YouTube? - What is the nature of the crossword phrases made by YouTube? - What is the rate of user participation for YouTube? - What are the causes and causes of the spread of verbal quarrels in the site of YouTube? This study is divided into a systematic framework, which dealt with the methodology of the study, and an applied framework in which I presented the sample I chose within the analytical study in the form of four cases through which the use of YouTube. In my study, I applied the analytical descriptive method and the intentional sample in the selection of eight (08) videos available from the YouTube site. It also relied on the content analysis tool as a main tool. The questionnaire was designed to identify and detect the verbal conflict used by the study sample. That most of the manifestations of the Marrakesh are the result of the difference between two or more individuals to settle an opinion, or to show a certain fact, or to settle accounts, or the use of conflict in the form of responses, statements and previous actions, and the difference in interaction depending on the different method chosen for interaction.
