Étude comparative de la céréaliculture sous pivots Entre les wilaya de Ouargla et Ghardaïa

Abstract

The aim of this work is to compare the current situation and the evolution of pivotal cereals between the two wilaya of Ouargla and Ghardaia with the aim of predicting the future of this option in terms of growth, area and production under constraint of technical and socio-economic conditions. The method is based on the exploitation of administrative documents and surveys carried out on 40 farms in three main areas: the operator, the exploitation and the management of cereals. The results obtained confirm great differences between the two wilaya from where a certain success in Ghardaia against a situation of difficulties in Ouargla. The main factors giving rise to these differences are the natural conditions, the human component and the economic context, particularly the financing of farms and also the technical one linked to the technical itineraries of cereals under pivots.

لهدف من هذا العمل هو مقارنة الوضعية الحالية وتطور زراعة الحبوب تحت الرش المحوري بين واليتي ورقلة وغرداية بهدف التنبؤ بمستقبل هذا الخيار من حيث زيادة المساحة واإلنتاج. تحت الظروف التقنية واالجتماعية واالقتصادية. وتستند هذه الطريقة على استغالل الوثائق اإلدارية والدراسات التي أجريت في 04 مزرعة في ثالثة مجاالت رئيسية: تعريف المستثمر، تعريف المستثمرة و تقنيات تسيير الحبوب. النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها تؤكد وجود اختالفات كبيرة بين واليتين من حيث نجاح والية غرداية في التغلب على الصعوبات و هدا مقارنة بورقلة. وتتمثل العوامل الرئيسية التي أدت إلى هذه االختالفات في الظروف الطبيعية والتركيبة االجتماعية و االقتصادية للمستثمر ، وال سيما تمويل المزارع وكذلك التقنيات المتعلقة بالمراحل التقنية للحبوب تحت الرش لمحوري.

Ce travail a pour objectif la comparaison de la situation actuelle et l’évolution de la céréaliculture sous pivots entre les deux wilayat de Ouargla et Ghardaïa dans le but de prédire l’avenir de cette option en matière d’accroissement, des superficies et des productions sous contrainte des conditions techniques et socioéconomique. La méthode est basée sur l’exploitation des documents administratifs et des enquêtes réalisées auprès de 40 exploitations touchant trois axes principaux : l’exploitant, l’exploitation et la conduite des céréales. Les résultats obtenus confirment de grandes différences entre les deux wilaya d’où une certaine réussite à Ghardaïa contre une situation de difficultés à Ouargla. Les principaux facteurs à l’origine de ces différences sont les conditions naturelles, la composante humaine et le contexte économique notamment le financement des exploitations et aussi celui technique lié aux itinéraires techniques des céréales sous pivots
