ESSAI DE PRODUCTION DE MORINGA OLEIFERA POUR UNE EVENTUELLE AMELIORATION DE LA RATION ALIMENT

Abstract

Given the many constraints (problem of adaptation, technicality ...), which are confronted the breeders of the Saharan regions whose food where the charges exceed 60% of the total charges of the activity of breeding, the production of moringa, still unknown, can help to reduce the food bill especially since it can be used as fodder characterized by a high nutritional value .. And it is in this perspective that our work consists of a monitoring of the culture at the level of the agricultural exploitation of the University of Ouargla, to evaluate the potentialities of the tree in Saharan environment and to propose a model of culture to the persons interested in the production of moringa like fodder in particular. Field monitoring has shown us that the moringa plant grows and develops perfectly as a crop on the ground and can therefore stimulate the farmers of the Saharan regions to introduce this new plant in their rotation

Au vu des nombreuses contraintes (problème d’adaptation, technicité…), auxquelles sont confrontés les éleveurs des régions sahariennes dont l’alimentation où les charges dépassent les 60% des charges totales de l’activité d’élevage, la production de moringa, encore méconnue, peut contribuer à alléger la facture alimentaire surtout qu’elle peut être utilisée comme fourrage caractérisé par une valeur nutritive élevée.. Et c’est dans cette optique que s’inscrit notre travail qui consiste en un suivi de la culture au niveau de l’exploitation agricole de l’Université de Ouargla, d’évaluer les potentialités de l'arbre en milieu saharien et de proposer un modèle de culture aux personnes intéressés par la production du moringa comme fourrage notamment. Le suivi sur terrain nous a permis de constater que la plante moringa pousse et se développe parfaitement comme culture au sol et peut par conséquent stimules les agriculteur des régions sahariennes introduire cette nouvelle plante dans leurs assolement

ظ ارً للعديد من المعوقات )مشكلة التكيف، التقنيات...( ، التي تواجه المربين بالمناطق الصح اروية خصوصا مشاكل التغذية التي تتجاوز 60 ٪من إجمالي نفقات نشاطات التربية الحيوانية و التكاثر واإلنتاج , نجد أن إنتاج المورينجا، يمكن أن يساعد على خفض فاتورة التغذية خاصة وأنه يمكن استخدامه كعلف يتميز بقيمة غذائية عالية .. ومن هذا المنظور يتمحور عملنا حول متابعة إنتاج هاته النبتة بالمستثمرة الزراعية لجامعة ورقلة ، لتقييم إمكانيات الشجرة في البيئة الصحراوية واقتراح نموذج زراعي لألشخاص المهتمين بإنتاج المورينجا مثل العلف بشكل خاص. لقد أظهر ت لنا المتابعة الميدانية أن نبات المورينجا ينمو ويتطور سريعاو بالتالي يمكن تحفيز المزارعين في المناطق الصحراوية إلدخال هذا النبات الجديد في دوراتهم الزراعية.
