أثر تقلبات أنظمة سعر الصرف على التضخم في الجزائر دراسة تحليلية للفترة 1962-2016

Abstract

لقد ساهمت الأدبيات الاقتصادية المختلفة في توضيح وشرح أنظمة أسعار الصرف المختلفة،ومن هذا المنطلق قمنا بهذه الدراسة والتي تهدف إلى التعرف على أثر تقلبات أنظمة أسعار الصرف على التضخم في الجزائر،حيث قمنا بدراسة تحليلية لتطور معدلات التضخم خلال الفترة 1962-2016 في ظل نظامي صرف مختلفين،الأول نظام صرف ثابت من 1962-1994 والأخر في ظل نظام صرف مرن من 1994-2016،وهذا ما يحاول البحث تناوله من خلال فصلين ، تناول الأول منها الإطار النظري لأنظمة الصرف والتضخم والثاني والأخير التضخم في الجزائر مع عرض النتائج وتحليلها. الكلمات المفتاحية: أنظمة أسعار الصرف، تضخم، نظام الصرف الثابت، نظام الصرف المرن.

The various economy scholarships have contributed to the clarification and explanation of the different exchange rate régimes. In line with this, this study aims at identifying the Impact of exchange rate regimes on inflation in Algeria. . To do this, we have conducted an analytical study of inflation ratios during the period between 1962 and 2016, the period which has witnessed two different exchange rate systems, fixed exchange rate system between1962 and 1994 and flexible exchange rate system between 1994 and 2016. To this end, we have approached the issue two chapters; the first of which dealt with the theoretical framework of exchange rate regimes and inflation, the second to inflation in Algeria along with displaying the results and its analysis.
