Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على ظاهرة من أخطر الظواهر المصرفية التي تتعرض لها المصارف العاملة في القطاع المصرفي الجزائري، ألا وهي ظاهرة القروض المتعثرة. حيث عرجنا في هذه الدراسة إلى كيفية إدارة القروض المتعثرة، وأهم العوامل المؤثرة في فيها لتسهيل وضع خطط لعلاجها بأقل الأضرار الممكنة، وعلى هذا الأساس تم اختيار وكالة البنك الخارجي الجزائري بورقلة كعينة للدراسة من أجل الوصول لأهم الخطوات المستخدمة لإدارة القروض المتعثرة. حيث استعملنا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي للإلمام بجميع جوانب موضوع الدراسة بالنسبة للجانب النظري، والمنهج التحليلي في دراسة حالة بالنسبة للجانب التطبيقي، وقد اعتمدنا بصفة كبيرة في جمع المعلومات على المقابلة الشخصية لضمان مصداقيتها.
