دور البنوك في تمويل المشاريع المصغرة دراسة مقارنة بين بنك BNA وَAGB خلال الفترة (2006/2016)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث فيما إذا كان هناك دور للبنوك في تمويل المشاريع المصغرة خلال الفترة من 2006 إلى 2016، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام نماذج السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية استنادا على: الأرباح (TPR) كمتغير تابع وتمويل المشاريع المصغرة مقاسا بمجموعة من نسب (نسبة تكلفة المشاريع، نسبة تطور القروض، نسبة إجمالي القروض، نسبة عدد القروض الممنوحة) كمتغيرات مستقلة . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي من ناحية، ومن أخرى أثر سلبي لمشاريع المصغرة عند اعتماد، نسبة تكلفة المشاريع ((CP ونسبة تطور القروض (EP) على التوالي كمؤشرات لقياس تمويل المشاريع المصغرة على الأرباح وهذا في ظل التحليل الساكن، وأيضا وجود أثر سلبي قصير المدى للمشاريع المصغرة ممثلا بنسبة تكلفة المشاريع ونسبة تطور القروض على الأرباح محل الدراسة .

The aim of this study is to investigate whether there is a role for banks in microfinance projects from 2006 to 2016. To achieve this objective, the time series models were used based on: TPR as a dependent variable and microfinance as measured by a set of ratios Projects, loan development ratio, ratio of total loans, percentage of loans granted as independent variables. The study found that there is a positive effect on the one hand, and other negative impact of micro-enterprises when adopting the percentage of cost of projects (CP) and the rate of development of loans (EP) respectively as indicators to measure the financing of micro-projects on profits and this under static analysis, Short-term projects, represented by the cost of projects and the rate of development of loans on the profits under study.
