محاولة تقييم الأداء الشامل للمؤسسة (دراسة حالة عينة من المؤسسات البترولية العاملة بالجزائر خلال الفترة 2011-2015)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تقييم الأداء الشامل لعينة مكونة من 6 مؤسسات تنشط في مجالات بترولية مختلفة في الجزائر (ENAFOR ENAGEO, ENTP, ENSP, HESP, HALLIBURTON,) وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2011 إلى غاية 2015، وقد تم ذلك انطلاقاً من تحليل للأبعاد المكونة للأداء الشامل لهذه المؤسسات المتمثلة في البعد المالي الذي تم تحليله من خلال مؤشرات (ROA)،(ROE)، (ROS) المحسوبة خلال فترة الدراسة، البعد الاجتماعي ويرتكز على تقييم لبعض ممارسات المؤسسات في المجال الاجتماعي، البعد البيئي الذي يرتكز على تحليل علاقة المؤسسة بالبيئة الطبيعية ومدى اهتمامها بالحفاظ عليها وحمايتها. ومن ثم استخدام طريقة التحليل العاملي بهدف الكشف عن العوامل الأساسية المفسرة للأداء الشامل للمؤسسات محل الدراسة. وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك خمسة عوامل أساسية يمكن من خلالها تفسير الأداء الشامل لهذه المؤسسات؛ وقد صنفت هذه العوامل وفقاً لمستويات الرضا أو الإشباع المحقق لمجموعة من احتياجات ومتطلبات كل من العملاء و الموردين أولاً، المجتمع المحلي ثانياً، البيئة الطبيعية ثالثاً، العمال رابعاً، وأخيراً المساهمين.

this study aims to evaluate the global performance of a sample of six companies of the Algerian hydrocarbon sector ( ENAFOR, ENAGEO, ENTP, ENSP, HESP, HALLIBURTON) during the period from 2011 to 2015, This was done by analyzing the dimensions of the global performance of these companies: the economic dimension which is analyzed through the indicators (ROA), (ROE), (ROS) calculated during the study period, the social dimension is based on evaluating some of the behaviors of these companies in the social field, and the environmental dimension, which is based on analyzing the relationship of the companies toward natural environment and its interest in preserving and protecting it. And then the use of factorial analysis method in order to uncover the basic factors explaining the global performance of the companies under study. The results of the study summarize that there are five key factors by which the global performance of these companies can be explained. These factors have been classified according to the levels of satisfaction achieved for a set of requirements and demands of both customers and suppliers first, local community in second, natural environment in third, employees in forth, and finally the shareholders.
