Abstract

The concept of civil society in contemporary times has become one of the most prominent topics in the political arena in the contemporary world. Civil society has been associated with many political and legal issues, foremost of which is human rights, considering the functional relationship between the role played by civil society organizations and the realization of human rights Or work to achieve them.

Civil society organizations in Western countries play a leading role in defending human rights. At the same time, civil society organizations in the Arab countries play a modest role, which is dictated by the data generated by globalization from one side, and the current human rights situation from a second side, and the copying policy of everything existing of the developing countries in general and Arabic countries in particular, from a third side.
