Abstract: The Arab world enjoys all the political, economic and cultural strengths. However, the Arab countries live in difficult and harsh situations of failure in the light of international approaches. This has led to a widening gap between these countries and the countries of the world. Consequently, the quality of life of the population has deteriorated to Arab countries, and at all levels of livelihood: political, economic, social, security, educational, cultural and environmental, for several reasons, including: its fragmentation into multiple countries, its scientific and technological backwardness, Economic, public and cultural major states greedy in its bounty, and this is the basic problem of this study which aimed to analyze the difficult reality of Arab countries, and the acceleration of the failure case of these countries in the light of international approaches, using the analysis and comparison Approaches.. The importance of this study is that it came to analyze the bitter Arab reality, to present the elements of the Arab civilization power, and to highlight the methodology that the Arab countries can follow to get rid of the corruption that has spread among its population. The study included recommendations that would contribute to restoring the cultural role, and Improving Quality of life for all peoples of the Arab region.
