dc.description.abstractIn an increasingly, interconnected, globalized and complex world, when each country recognizes in the current volatile international environment, governed by the logic of conflict, that the protection of its national borders and acquisitions as well as the achievement of its national interests depends on the possession of force and the constant quest to increase this force to the fullest extent possible, by adding new sources, methods or production units to it. The concept of force is inherently complex, and possessing these elements is not sufficient for the state to be effective, for this reason, effective policies must be adopted for the use of force, meanwhile, the development of this concept is related to the material and non-material elements that form it, such as military, economic and cultural power, the thing that led and resulting in, the emergence of several terms such as hard power, Soft Power, Intelligence Power and Virtual Power.en_US
