Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of the active demography on economic growth in Algeria, through this study based on Granger error correction models. The study showed that there is a cointegration between the variables in the long term, and there is no relationship in the short term and proved a positive relationship between the active demography and economic growth.
