التوسع العمراني للمدينة والمشكلات الحضرية لمدينة ورقــلة

Abstract

ملخص : تموضع مجال الدراسة ضمن منطقة صحراوية في الجهة الجنوبية الشرقية من الوطن ضمن منخفض أو حوض وذلك من أجل اقتناء المياه الذي هو أساس الحياة ، ضمن ملتقى لعدة محاور والذي يعطينا فكرة عن الدور الذي يلعبه مجال الدراسة و كيفية تطوره و كيفية التوسع المستقبلي له ضمن هذا التموقع ، و مما يجعله عرضة لعدة متغيرات ومؤثرات خارجية تتحكم في مدى تطوره ونموه ، وما مدى الموصولية به مع الأخذ في الحسبان العوائق الطبيعية والصناعية لابد من احترامها في عملية التطور والتنمية للنسيج العمراني مستقبلا . لكن توجهات المجال العمراني وجهات التوسع المستقبلية تفتقر لبعض عناصر التركيب العمراني وهي عناصر الديمومة ولعل هذا راجع لنقص المعطيات والمعلومات كما نلاحظ الغياب التام لتطبيق بعض البنود وتوجيهات المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة والتعمير السابق على أرضية الواقع والتحكم الجيد في تطبيقه ، كما لا ننسى التوسعات غير المخطط لها أعطت هذا الشكل للتجمع الحضري و المناطق المجاورة له./

The domain of study is postured in a desert region on the South East of the country within a trough or basin in order to provide water, under several axles which give us an idea about the role of study and its development, and how to extend it in the future within this location making it susceptible to many changes and the external effects that control over its development and growth and its ,accessibility, taking in account the natural and industrial obstacles ,that must be taken in consideration in the process of constructional development in the future. However, the orientations of the urban fields and futuristic expansions lack for some elements of construction compounds which are the elements of continuance, this is probably due to the decrease of datum and information, as we notice the absence of applying some provisions and the guideline instructions of reconstruction and a good domination to apply it; besides the unplanned expansions that constituted the urban congregation and its environs.
