العمل الجمعوي ودوره في تحقيق التنمية المحلية في الجزائر دراسة حالة: جمعية صناع الحياة وصناعة النجاح ورقلة

Abstract

عالجت هذه الدراسة موضوع العمل الجمعوي ودوره ومساهماته في تحقيق التنمية المحلية في الجزائر وهو يعد من مكونات المجتمع المدني ، وقد تناولت درستنا مفهوم العمل الجمعوي من خلال ابراز تعريفه وخصائصه ومراحل تطوره، ثم تطرقنا الى مفهوم التنمية المحلية واسهامات الجمعيات فيها ـ ولقد تبين لناهذا من خلال الدراسة الميدانية وعلى (جمعية صناع الحياة وصناعة النجاح ) كدراسة حالة ، لكن رغم بروز نشاط بعض الجمعيات ، الا أن هناك معوقات أبرزها قانونية وادارية ومالية اعاقت نشاط هذه الجمعيات ./ .

Abstract This study dealt with the subject of collective work, its role and contributions to the achievement of local development in Algeria, which is a component of civil society. Our study dealt with the concept of collective action by highlighting its definition, characteristics and stages of development. We found this through the field study and the Association association such as Sonnaa Elhayet wa Sinnaat Najah -Saving Industry as a case study, but despite the emergence of some associations, there are obstacles, most notably legal, administrative and financial./Cette étude a abordé le sujet du travail collectif, son rôle et ses contributions à la réalisation du développement local en Algérie, qui est une composante de la société civile.Notre étude a abordé le concept d'action collective en soulignant sa définition, ses caractéristiques et ses étapes de développement. Nous l'avons trouvé dans l'étude sur le terrain et l'Association des créateurs de vie et l'industrie du succès, mais malgré l'émergence de certaines associations, il existe des obstacles, notamment juridiques, administratifs et financiers, qui ont entravé l'activité de ces associations
