Our research aims to study the impact of a complex of microorganisms on the degradation of vermicompost in the Ouargla basin. Our methodological approach consists in collecting earthworms and wastes of date palms in order to prepare a pre-compost. After that we have installed two experimental devices, in the first one we have used the compost and the manure, in the second one we have used the vermicompost for four months. The results obtained at the end of the test show that the decomposition of date palm waste by earthworms or Bactériolit product promotes the decrease of the pH and even for the manure (goat with sheep), the mineralization of the 'nitrogen. As well as the mineralization of organic carbon all increasing the total nitrogen content, and promotes the increase of the K + and Na + content particularly in manure treatments with Bactériolit ⁺ product. |
