اتجاهات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية نحو العقاب البدني

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية نحو العقاب البدني في متوسطات وثانويات دائرة تقرت وعلاقة متغيرات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي بالاتجاه نحو العقاب البدني،بالإضافة إلى معرفة ما إذا كان هناك تباين في الاتجاه نحو العقاب البدني ما بين اساتذة الطورين الثانوي و المتوسط،و قد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي نظرا لتلاؤم هذا المنهج مع هذا النوع من لدراسات،هذا وقد تألف مجتمع البحث من جميع الاساتذة العاملين على مستوى المدارس الثانوية والمتوسطات في دائرة تقرت،وقد بلغ عددهم (70) أستاذ 28) للطور الثانوي و (42) للطور المتوسط،تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة ممثلة في استبيان للاتجاه نحو العقاب البدني للحصول على المعلومات من المبحوثين وقد تم بناء الاستبيان بالاعتماد على عدة مقاييس للعقاب البدني استعملت في دراسات سابقة تناولت موضوع العقاب البدني، وقد تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة استطلاعية ودلك من اجل التحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية،قبل طرحه على مجتمع الدراسة هدا وقد جاءت نتائج الدراسة انه توجد اتجاهات ايجابية للأساتذة نحو العقاب البدني بينما وجدنا انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى للمؤهل العلمي او لتجربة الاستاذ كما وتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين اساتذة الطور الثانوي و الطور المتوسط. وقد جاء في اهم التوصيات ان تكون دراسات اعمق واشمل لمثل هده المواضيع بالاضافة إلى عدم ترك مسؤولية التربية على عاتق المدرسين فقط.

The purpose of This study Is to identify the trends of physical éducation and sports teachers towards corporal punishment in schools and averages circle (touggourt), qualification and experience variables relationship with direction towards corporal punishment, as well as to see if there is a discrepancy in the direction towards corporal punishment among teachers and secondary have substantially lower average. The study was descriptive because this approach fits with the kind of studies, this research society has corrupted all professors at the high school level and averages in the circle of touggourt, (70) Professor (28) of the secondary phase and (42) average lifetime study tool is applied, represented in a measure of the trend toward physical punishment to obtain information from respondents and scale has been built based on several measures of corporal punishment used in previous studies, and directions on the professors about corporal punishment The following hypotheses were: positive attitudes towards corporal punishment have physical education teachers. The results of the study were that there are positive trends for teachers about corporal punishment while we found that there were no statistically significant differences due to the qualifications or experience of the Professor as the study found statistically significant differences between teachers of secondary and intermediate phase .
