dc.description.abstractAbstract : As part of our induction course, we were assigned to the liquefied petroleum gas recovery unit called GPL2 located in the industrial center south (CIS) of the Regional Directorate of Hassi-Messaoud. The main objective of our study is to resize the battery of regeneration exchangers (E 201). The exchanger battery of the LPG2 unit is to ensure a sufficient temperature (275 ° C) in order to ensure adequate regeneration of the dehydrators (molecular sieve bed). Currently these exchangers in place do not reach to achieve the required temperature. It is of the order of 253 ° C, which results in poor regeneration and therefore a malfunction of the unit. To remedy the previous problems, it is necessary to install a battery of four exchangers to reach the sufficient temperature (a good regeneration) and avoided the dysfunction.en_US
