Abstract

With the spread of new religious fundamentalisms such as the "evangelical movement", "Shiism" and "Ahmadiyya", the possibility of exploiting the religioussubject by new religious actors is placed on a deeper and wider level than the borders of the national state. This is what makes the Algerian political system places a bet on maintaining community security through a balance between ensuring the right of citizens to practice their religious rites, And on the other hand to protect Algerians Muslims and non-Muslims from religious invitations coming in the name of religious freedom.
