Every human society is concerned with cultural and cultural affiliation that distinguishes it from other societies. The Arab-Islamic society has its own cultural characteristics that define its cultural and social identity. In light of the global and local societal changes and their impact on the different community systems, the Quranic school is emerging as one of the religious educational institutions in which the society is entrusted with the essential task of preserving, revising and integrating the community heritage in a relational context with the community's other heritage. In this paper, we will attempt to define the roles of the Quranic school as a fundamental institutional actor that aims to embody a community project that preserves the cultural identity of the community and harmonizes the community's originality with contemporary society.en_US
