أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على النمو الاقتصادي للدول النامية للفترة (1998-2016)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر استحدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على النمو الاقتصادي وبالتحديد في البلدان النامية خلال الفترة 1998-2016،.ولتحقيق أهىداف الدراسة تم استخدام أسلوب السلاسل الزمنية المقطعيىة( نماذج بانل) وذلك من خلال تطبيق ثلاثة نماذج رئيسية وهي: نموذج الانحدار التجميعي ونمودج التاثيرات الثابتة و نموذج التاثيرات العشوائية، ولتحديد النموذج الانسب لهذه الدراسة تم إستخدام إختبارين وهما: اختبار مضاعف لاغرانج وإختبار هوسمان.ولتقدير معالم النموذج المناسب تم إستخدتم طريقة المربعات الصغرى،باستخدام برنامج Eviews 9.0. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة القياسية إلى وجود أثر معنوي وموجب لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على النمو الاقتصادي في الدول النامية وهذا يعني أن زيادة كلا من الانترنيت و الهاتف المحمول تؤدي الى زيادة اجمالي الناتج المحلي لهذه الدول .

This study aimed to measure the impact of ICT use on economic growth, particularly in developing countries, during the period 1998-2016. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the use of the time series (Panel models) method was implemented through the application of three main models: the Pooled Regression Model, Fixed Effects Model and Random Effects Model. To determine the most appropriate models for this study, two tests were used: Lagrange multiplication test and Husman test. In order to estimate the parameters of the appropriate model, the smaller squares method was used with program Eviews 9.0 The results of the study reached to show that there is a significant and positive effect in the use of information and communication technology on economic growth in developing countries. This means that increasing both the Internet and the mobile phone will increase the Gross domestic product (GDP) of these countries.
