Abstract

Le Dromadaire Est Considère Comme Etant L'espèce Animale Le Plus Performante Pour Valoriser Les Maigres Ressources Alimentaires Du Milieu Désertique Dans Les Conditions De Sécheresse Extrême; De Ce Fait, Il Assure La Reproduction Et La Production Laitière Et Viande. Notre Modeste Travail Consiste En Une Contribution A L'étude De Paramètres De Production Laitière Et Viande De Reproduction Du Dromadaire De Quelques Régions Du Souf. Ainsi, L'enquête Menée Au Niveau Des Régions De Souf Permis D'estimer La Potentiel De Reproduction Du Dromadaire Et La Potentialité Production. Trois Classes Des Eleveurs Sont Habitat Dans La Région De Souf Ont Eté Etudier : (Petits Eleveurs, Moyens Et Grands. Les Résultats Obtenus A Partir De Cette Contribution Relèvent Que 1-En Matière De Reproduction, L’élevage De Dromadaire Reproduction Etant Un Elevage A Rotation Lente : Durée De Vie (25 A 30ans), La Maturité Sexuelle (Mâle, 6 A 7ans ; Femelle, 3 A 4ans), L'âge De Première Mise Bas (3 A 4ans), Durée D’activité D’un Géniteur (15 A 17ans), Durée De Fertilité D’une Femelle (16ans), Période D’accouplement (Novembre A Mars) Et Durée De Gestation (12 Mois). 2-- Pour La Production Le Dromadaire De La Région Du Souf A Une Gronde Capacité De Production Tonnage Moyenne D’un Dromadaire Adulte Enter (400-600 Kg), Et Avec Une Production De Lait De 4 Litre Par Jour. La Production Liée Essentiellement A La Disponibilité D’eau Et De Alimentation, Le Dromadaire A Peau Augmenter Sa Production A Travers Des Simples Amélioration De Gestion Et De Sélection.

The dromedary is considered as being the animal kind the most effective to valorize the thin food resources in the middle of desert in extreme dryness conditions; by the way, it insures a reproduction, meat and milk production. Our work consists on contribution to a study of milk, meat production and reproduction parameters of dromedary in the souf region. Thus, the led inquiry to the level of souf region has allowed estimating the potential reproduction and production of the dromedary. Three classes of breeder in the region of souf have been studied (little, medium and big breeder). 1- the reproduction considering, the raising of dromedary reproduction being a raising to slow rotation : life duration (25 to 30 years ),the sexual maturity (bull,6 to 7 years, female, 3 to 4 years), age of first mise bas (3 to 4 years ), activity sexual of genitor ( 15 to 17 years ), fertility duration of a female ( 16 years ), period ( November – mars) and duration of gestation. (12 month). 2-For the production, the dromedary has production (400-600 kg) of meat and production of 4l/day. The milk production depends on water and food availability.
