Contraintes Et Limites De La Mise En Valeur A Oued Righ: Situation Actuelle, Problèmes Majeurs Posés Et Possibilités D'amélioration

Abstract

La Mise En Valeur Est Une Opération Importante Par Laquelle, On Peut Préserver Et Améliorer La Situation Du Patrimoine Phoenicicole. Dans Le Cadre De Ce Travail, On A Etudié La Situation Des Périmètres De Mise En Valeur Dans La Région De l'Ouedr Righ. Cette Etude A Pour Objectif Principal D'apprécier La Dynamique De La Mise En Valeur Dans Cette Région A Travers Ses Contraintes Et Ses Limites, Et Essayer De Mettre En Evidence Les Problèmes Majeurs Posés. Egalement, Apprécier Leurs Conséquences Sur Le Développement De Ces Périmètres Agricoles, Et Enfin Proposer Des Solutions En Vue D'améliorer La Situation Prévalente Dans Ces Périmètres Agricoles. Notre Etude A Montré Qu'il N'y A Pas De Différences Entre Les Périmètres Traditionnels Et De Ceux De La Mise En Valeur, Résultant Des Différentes Contraintes, Caractérisant Ces Périmètres. Ces Principales Contraintes Restent Inhérentes A La Faiblesse Des Moyens Financiers, La Salinité Des Sols Et Des Eaux D'irrigation. Celles-Ci Constituent Des Facteurs Limitants Pour Une Meilleure Gestion Des Exploitations Agricoles De La Région. Sous Le Poids De Ces Contraintes, Les Périmètres De Mise En Valeur Souffrent D'une Dégradation Hydro-Edaphique. Pour Cela, Il Est Nécessaire De Faire Un Aménagement Hydro Agricole Adapté, Procéder A La Désalinisation Des Sols, Et Procéder A Un Choix Des Cultures Tolérantes A La Salinité.

The development is an important operation in which we can preserve and improve the situation Heritage palm. As part of this work, we studied the situation of development perimeters in the region of Ouedr Righ. The study's main objective is to assess the dynamics of development in this region through its constraints and limitations, and try to highlight the problems posed. Also, assess their impact on the development of the agricultural stores, and propose solutions to improve the situation prevailing in the agricultural stores. Our study showed that there were no differences between traditional stores and those of development, due to various constraints, characterizing these stores. These are major constraints inherent in the weakness of financial resources, soil salinity and water irrigation. These are limiting factors for better farm management in the region. Under the weight of these constraints, development perimeters suffer from a hydro-soil degradation. It is therefore necessary to hydro agricultural adapted to the soil desalination, and make a choice of crops tolerant to salinity
