Abstract: Based on the last syllabus approved by sciences ministry in 2012, 12 units have allocated to Arabic courses; till now no any book and content special for these course has not planned. This study aims at answering to the questions regarding the needs and problems of learners in terms of taught contents by using the survey method as well as questionnaire Which was distributed the among of population, The sample consists of Undergraduate students of public universities in the cities of Shiraz, Mashhad and yazd and 20 people of professors of the this field. The other purpose of this study is to present a planned desire framework of Arabic courses based on the needs, theoretical foundations principles and the politics of supreme education system.
