Abstract: This study aims to Identify the role of career guidance in decision making among 12th grade students in the Sultanate of Oman by revealing the factors influencing, the role of family school and community counseling, achievement grades, salary and expected quality of life. The study sample consisted of(140) students from the twelfth grade province of South Batinah, the researcher used a survey of the role of guidance career in the decision-making process. The study found the following results: 1. The career skill of decision-making is very high at the twelfth grade students. 2. Parents are the most influential students in grade 12 in career decision making. 3. Family, school and community counseling is effective in making career decisions for 12th graders 4. The grades / achievement levels affect 96% in the career decision making of 12th graders. 5. The salary and quality of life expected impact on career decision making by 85%.
