A Suggested Prospective to Selection of Human Resources in the Secondary School for Gifted in the Republic of Yemen on the Light of International Standards

Abstract

The aim of the research is to present a proposed vision for the selection of human resources (gifted students, educational staff and administrative staff) in the secondary gifted school in the Republic of Yemen in the light of international standards, in the secondary school for gifted in the Republic of Yemen in the light of international standards, to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher adopted the method of (Delphi) in order to explore the views of experts (sample research), the number of (11) experts, the research reached a number of results, the most important; in the first round, the ratio was(96.73%), the second round increased to (97.28%), the range between the two rounds of the instrument as a whole was equal to (5.5%). This indicates an increased consensus of experts on their views.
