dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to examine the relationship between self-efficacy beliefs and academic achievement and the gender differences on students secondary stage. The study sample, randomly chosen, consisted of (789) students for the academic year (2016-2017. The results of the study indicated that: 1. There is no statistically significant correlation between self-efficacy beliefs and academic achievement in males and females students. 2- There are no statistically significant gender differences in self-efficacy beliefs. 3 - There are significant statistical gender differences in the academic achievement in favor of females.en_US
