Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الأنشطة البيئية المتبعة في مؤسسات تكرير النفط ودورها في رفع الفعالية الطاقوية ، وذلك من خلال التأثيرات البيئية الناتجة عنها ، و مالها من إخلال بالتوازن البيئي نتيجة ا من مخلفات صلبة وملوثات مائية وحسية ، وكذلك استهلاك الطاقة أثناء العملية O نشاطها ومنتجا الإنتاجية لما لها من تأثيرات على طبقة الأوزون نتيجة إنبعاث الغازات . وتم إسقاط الدراسة على حالة الجزائر ، من خلال الأنشطة البيئية المتبعة من طرف الدولة من سياسات ومخططات تشريعية وتنظيمية لحماية البيئة من التلوث النفطي والتحم في الطاقة وترشيدها في إطار التنمية المستدامة ورفع الفعالية الطاقوية ، وعن طريق التحفيزات المالية والجبائية لتشحيع المؤسسات في الإستثمار في مجال البيئة والطاقات المستديمة . وقد خصصنا بالذكر حالة مؤسسة النفط حاسي مسعود جنوب وما توليه من مجه ودات اتجاه حماية البيئة من خلال الأنشطة البيئية المسطرة لديها ، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تقوم بالأنشطة البيئية داخل المؤسسة دون الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الأنشطة البيئية خارج المؤسسة ، وكذلك محدودية التحكم في الطاقة وترشيدها وهذا راجع إلى ثقافة المؤسسة .

The study aimed to know the environnemental activities in the oil refining and its role in the energy efficiency, through the Environmental Impacts Resulting from it, and its capital of breach of environmental balance as a result of its activity and its products from solid waste water pollutants also, as well as energy consumption during production process, the effects of the Ozone Layer as a result of emission of gases. The study has been dropped the case of Algeria, through the environmental activities of the State party of legislative and regulatory policies and schemes to protect the environment from pollution and rationalize in energy in the framework of sustainable development and energy efficiency, and through financial incentives polluting enterprises in investment in the field of the environment and energy sustainable. We have allocated out the case of the Hassi Messaoud oil corporation south and his efforts toward the protection of the environment through environmental activities have underlined, the study found that the institution of the study the environmental activities within the enterprise without taking into account environmental activities outside the institution, as well as limited power control and rationalize this refer to the culture of the institution.
