التعدد اللغوي في الوثائق الإدارية في المؤسسة الجزائرية -مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر عينة -

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الموسومة بالتعدد اللغوي في الوثائق الإدارية في المؤسسة الجزائرية ـ مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائربورقلةعينة ـ إلى الكشف عن مدى انتشار ظاهرة التعدد اللغوي في الوثائق الإدارية في هذه المؤسسة، إلى جانب التعرف على واقع اللغات الموظفة فيها من أجل وضع سياسة لغوية عادلة تمكننا من التعريب الكلي للمؤسسات المزدوجة اللغة. وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: أن مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر مؤسسة متعددة اللغة ، وذلك من خلال سيطرة بعض الإدارات المفرنسة على بعض وظائف الإدارة ، نظرا لعم وجود سياسة لغوية واضحة تحدّد اللغة المناسبة في الإدارة، وهذا ما أسهم في إبقاء اللغة الفرنسية في المؤسسات الجزائرية. Notre étude porte sur la multiplicité linguistique des document administratifs dans les société Algériennes – le cas d’Algérie télécom à Ouargla – L’olyéctif de cette recherche est de cerner le degré de la propagation du phénomène multiplicitélinguistique des document administratifs dans cette société en plus nous voulons connaître la réalité linguistique de ces document pour mettre une politique linguistique légale pour tous les établissements qui out une dualité linguistique . D'après l'enquête de terroui réalisée nous avous constaté que : La société d'Algérie télécom est multilingue cela due à l'absence d'une politique linguistique ou une loi qui détermine la langue utilisée dans l'administration Algérienne. Our study focuses on the linguistic multiplicity of administrative documents in Algerian society - the case of Algeria Telecom in Ouargla– The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the multiplication of the linguistic multiplicity of administrative documents in this society. In addition, we want to know the linguistic reality of these documents in order to implement a legal linguistic policy for all institutions that have a linguistic duality. . According to the survey of terroui realized we have found that: The society of Algeria Telecom is multilingual that due to the absence of a language policy or a law that determines the language used in the Algerian administration.
