Abstract: This article is part of a theoretical attempt to study the nature and the dimensions of the organizational climate prevailing in contemporary organizations. The organizational climate is one of the most important sociological variables that affect the success of organizations for its direct impact on employee behavior and attitudes. Many of researchers in organizational behavior, management and organizational science have focused on his study because of its importance to both the individual and the organizations. On this basis, we will attempt in this study to highlight the most important sociological indicators that create the dimensions of organizational climate in contemporary organizations.
