The Major Transformations in the Mediterranean and their Stakes on the Security in the Maghreb Region during the last decade

Abstract

This article try to examine the stakes of the major transformations that have occurred in the last decade in the Mediterranean region, especially in the North and the East, and their implications on the security in the Maghreb region, in the broad sense of security, and in all what the region includes of : countries, economies, societies and culture. This leads first and foremost to identifying the aspects of the changes we are talking about, and then showing what we see as stakes on the security in the Maghreb region in the midst of these transformations.
