Abstract: The law No. 16-01 of 6 March 2016, which contains the constitutional revision in articles 204 and 205, establishes the dialogue between economic and social agents through the constitution of a national economic and social council, which is part of the expansion of the fields of consultation and participation and aims at promoting participatory democracy among all Management institutions and at all levels for good governance. In addition to the constitutional enshrinement of the National Economic and Social Council, economic practices and governance have been strengthened through the establishment of mechanisms for the permanent protection of the national economy against bribery, suspicious practices and transgressions, and the strengthening of the compulsory authorization of property for the electorate and the tires under Article 23 of Law No. 16-01 Constitutional amendment, suppression of fraud, tax evasion and smuggling of funds.
