Abstract: As part of the establishment of the rule of law, the Algerian legislator to constitutionalize the rights of the parliamentary opposition, through the permission of its participation in the legislative works: including the proposal of laws, and the right to discuss bills and proposals, and propose amendments. The Algerian legislator gave the parliamentary opposition the right to participate in the discussion and approval of the government's action plan, the right to ask verbal and written questions to the ministers, the right to question the government, the right to establish commissions of inquiry.
