Abstract

Scientific and technological development in varions Fields has lied to the emergence of multiple forms of crime. Traditional methods of research and investigation are no longer sufficient and effective to deal with these new criminal forms, which necessitated the adoption of modern procedures in line with criminal methods. Accordingly, the Algerian legislature adopted special methods to investigate organized crime in general and corruption crimes in particular.
