dc.description.abstract | The criminal mediation is one of the new mechanisms stipulated by the Algerian legislator in Order No. 15-02 of 23 July 2015, amended and supplemented by Order No. 66-155 of 08 June 1966, which includes the Code of Criminal Procedure, after taking into account the law number: 15-12 of 15 July 2015 on the protection of the child, and thus the Algerian legislator, like other legislation, will proceed with the developments in the field of criminal justice, seeking by this to adopt a negotiated justice in resolving disputes away from the courts, especially when it comes to juveniles. That mediation is classified as one of the mechanisms of the justice system And Dah being given to the consensual nature of the criminal proceedings as a social it is characterized by flexibility and speed of transmission procedures in addition to the failure of the benign effects on relationships. Therefore, through this intervention we will try to demonstrate the features of this new method in the field of juvenile justice, and its contribution to the protection of the delinquent child by extrapolating the provisions of the Child Protection Act. | en_US |
