The Algerian legislator and the rest of the comparative legislations have always devoted themselves to companies that openly call for savings in a distinguished media system. That’s why we have tried to shed light on another issue which is the commitment of companies under incorporation to media, especially companies that do not resort to public saving, This subject, which we find its legal basis in the texts and general principles such as the principle of good faith, and which reflected the knowledge and science, it is assumed in the founder, who holds the information regarding the contract to inform the contracting shareholder, who has always been unable to learn and inquire on his own, especially those legal actions undertaken by the founders before the acquisition of a company belonging to moral personality on the one hand, and on the other hand, the need to inform others dealing with the company in the periods of incorporation, of all details related . In this regard, the Algerian legislator organized the company's commitment to the media, under rules that can not be agreed upon, and is represented in the procedure of depositing and adhering to the advertisement and publication.en_US
