dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to define the policy of the vocational training sector in Algeria to link its outputs in the world of work from 2010 to 2015, the reality of the vocational training sector in Biskra state between inputs and outputs, and the policy used to link the outputs of vocational training to the world of work in Biskra state. The main findings of the study are: The vocational training sector in Algeria sought to link its outputs to the world of work, using legal and regulatory methods to link its outputs to the world of work. The vocational training sector is characterized by increased input and increased number of outputs. This is what results show. In terms of the methods used to link the outputs of vocational training with the world of work in the state of Biskra, the diversification of training offers, the establishment of a center of excellence in the fields of agriculture and agro-food industries, and the development of special specialties for the Department of Construction and Public Works.en_US
