Abstract: The behavior of the human resource is one of the major pillars to raise the level and quality of job performance and regulatory institutions, therefore, there should be a great attention on the various factors and circumstances surrounding the human resources and affecting the behavior of jobs. One of the most important factors that has an impact on the behavior of human resource is work pressures, which have been taken in levels rise between human resources in various institutions and, in particular, small and medium-sized enterprises, as a result of rapid developments and changes in the external and internal environment of this type of institutions. Therefore, this study has sought to identify the level of work pressures to which workers are exposed in small and medium-sized enterprises and the impact of these pressures on their behavior, and identify the sources of these pressures, and try to develop scientific possible solutions, and make recommendations that contribute to addressing these pressures. In order to know the nature of the impact of work pressures and on the behavior of human resource in small and medium-sized enterprise, a field study has been issued in Lindh Gaz Institution - Ouargla Province - where was the distribution of (30) a questionnaire on a random sample of all items functional enterprise, using statistical methods descriptive and packet statistical programs Social Sciences (spss).
