dc.description.abstract | The philosophy of applying the quality system of higher education in the Arab world is based on the process of reforming the educational system and university training programs according to international standards in order to upgrade its institutions and research centers to the ranks of the developed countries and to serve the issues of the comprehensive development of their societies. University professor is essential and active member in the teaching and learning process, so that he is a mentor and an engineer of this process. That demands him to possess personal and professional qualifications that enable him to carry out various and varied tasks since joining the university. Perhaps the reality of practice and continuous monitoring of the performance of the professor shows that at the stage of (Exchange of experiences) and integration with the requirements of the instructional profession, the professor needs help; especially at the beginning of his career, so he can acquire many of the skills that are linked to his performance, which he gets through his participation in series of workshops organized by professors Qualified and experienced in accordance with an integrated program. Therefore, this paper presents a model for this formative training process of the university professor in Algerian universities through the presentation of the program content and its impact on the performance of the professor and achieving the future goals of the university institution project. | en_US |
