The best regression model for variables (dimensions) Monitoring human capital information is a variable coefficients of reliability, which is the only variable within the model because it has the largest coefficient of simple correlation with the dependent variable, and the other independent variables are excluded although some of them have a statistically significant relationship with the dependent variable.en_US
