dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to know the degree of professional stress, among workers in the periodic work system (four by four) in ENAFOR company (National Drilling Company). the study sample consisted of (122) workers who were selected in a deliberate manner. in order to collect the data of study, the researchers used the professional stress scale prepared by them in 2017, the study revealed the following results: the degree of professional stress is moderate among the sample members, there are no statistically significant difference in the professional stress attributed to the family status variable, there are no statistically significant difference in the degree of work stress attributed to the seniority variable in the worken_US
