Abstract: The Algerian society suffers from the violent action in the scholar field, but the deeper searcher finds that this phenomenon is rooted in the society and its development through history, from the colonialism practices till the authorities practices and other identity problems that turns back to the institutional retreat ,and interactions in social fields not equal to the cultural model ,all these form a kind of fear to the educators, the parents and the responsible of the educational system in the country , and it is between teachers and pupils and between each other ;also between administrators and other parts in the process of the educational action. All these push as to have a look at it through an official reading to the statistics year 2003_2004 to understand what move these acts that is not acceptable by the Algerian society ,and try to get over it toward the future built on a civilized cultural model , where society lives in we understand the relationship between the violent action and the socialization besides its relation with the inequality between the two sexes ,and its relation with the interaction in the different social fields, what is more the common cultural model
