dc.description.abstractThe objective of this paper is to identify the factors that should be taken into consideration by Algerian small and medium enterprises so that they can successfully apply the method of Crowdsourcing. In this context, the analytical descriptive approach was used, and the study concluded that the Internet should be integrated into Algerian small and medium enterprises so that it can launch its own Crowdsourcing projects. On the other hand, the heads of these enterprises should be well formed on the method of Crowdsourcing, which usually goes through four basic stages which are: preparation, launch, completion and evaluation.en_US
